Europcar: Chat Bot
In 2017, we worked with Europcar’s mobile and social teams to define their conversational/chatbot strategy. We conducted a customer journey mapping workshop as well as a creative roadmap to define how messaging platforms could assist with Customer pain points throughout their journey.
